Welcome to Rivixa. By accessing or using our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. Rivixa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To use most features of the Platform, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Marketplace Rules

Rivixa is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of vehicles. When listing a vehicle, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about the vehicle's condition, mileage, and price.
  • Upload only original photos of the actual vehicle being sold.
  • Ensure you have the legal right to sell the vehicle.
  • Not post fraudulent, misleading, or offensive content.
  • Not use the Platform for any illegal purposes or to distribute spam.

4. Verification for Business Users

Users registering as "Showrooms" or "Companies" must undergo a verification process. Rivixa reserves the right to request documentation (such as business registration and ID cards) and may approve or reject verification requests at its sole discretion to maintain the integrity of the marketplace.

5. Fees and Payments

Rivixa offers various subscription packages and promotion services (e.g., Featured, Sticky, Bump-up). By purchasing a service, you agree to pay the specified fees. All payments are processed securely. Please note that all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.

6. Role of Rivixa

Rivixa is not a car dealership or a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We provide the technology for users to connect. We do not inspect vehicles, verify the accuracy of listings, or guarantee the condition, safety, or legality of any vehicle advertised on the Platform. All transactions are at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivixa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Platform or any interactions/transactions between users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Rivixa or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our express written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business interests of Rivixa.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rivixa operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
